Shiva Yoga Studio, founded in 2015, is a cozy and welcoming space that offers students a variety of yoga classes that are suitable for all levels. They range from gentle practices such as Yin Yoga and Deep Stretch to intense practices such as Hot Yoga and Vinyasa. With the variety of classes, students can choose the type of classes for their own practice and progression.
Alongside the regular classes, we periodically organise workshops and special events that give students opportunities to deepen their Yoga understanding and practice.
In addition, we too host yoga retreats, allowing students to immerse themselves with like-minded friends to deepen their practice while at the same time to spread the same energy within a community to boost each other.
